Novice 3D Fun Shoot at KAC

Interested in trying 3D archery but not ready to sign up for a competitive tournament?  This opportunity is perfect for you!  We have designed this shoot for the novice 3D archer, whether adult or youth.  JOAD and 4-H members are encouraged to attend and develop a new archery skill.  In fact, ALL archers can attend (NO BROADHEADS ALLOWED) just to sharpen up your skills without any pressure. Experienced archers are welcomed and encouraged to come shoot and help mentor novice 3D archers.

Format:

  • Loosely adheres to World Archery rules and format
  • USA Archery, ASA, or NFAA membership not required
  • World Archery scoring of 5, 8, 10, 11
  • 5 – 30 meter distances.
  • Barebow, Longbow, Traditional, Recurve and compound (under 60lbs weight).
  • 24 animal targets located on KAC’s field range, down manicured lanes
  • 2 arrows per target for a maximum of 48 shot arrows
  • We will shoot in the rain unless there are thunderstorms in the area.

$20 per archer if pre-registered.  $30 for walk-ins if space allows.  Last day to pre-register is April 10, 2024.

NO REFUNDS; REGISTRATION IS TRANSFERABLE WITH RECEIPT/TICKET
